Diab is the Managing Director at The M Lab. An Entrepreneurial-minded, communication professional with consistent successes in developing, growing, improving the value of brands and organizations’ reputation.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
I’m a real believer that our souls are made up of energy, and as long as we stay positive and optimistic, this energy will turn our lives into Success, Grace, Love and Passion. But if we are constantly negative, this energy will turn into stress, depression, failure and dissatisfaction.
On top of the above, of course, my parent’s satisfaction and support. This is the main key for my personal success and happiness.
So, always be positive and optimistic, even when facing the woes of life.
In fact, there are three bases to what I do:
Ensure that my family is leading a happy and comfortable life.
I pray that I do not leave this earth without leaving my mark on earth and remembered
Passion is what keeps my engine running, and this engine is what I require to keep on going
What’s your Starbucks order?
Caramel Macchiato, skimmed milk, extra shot and less caramel on the top! Well-balanced and very “Hot”
What is your motto or personal mantra?
If there’s a will, definitely there’s a way! Of course, all with God’s wish.
Is this glass half empty or half full?
I always look at the empty part and wonder how I can make it “All Full”. Because I can’t see the halves working perfectly. It needs to be full.
What makes you laugh?
When I see my kids smile.
After each win, I do in life.
When I share my knowledge and experience with smart people.
When I feel an unconditional love.
What’s the one thing about you few people know?
The fact that I lived a very challenging and hard life.

If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
I would love to be a surgeon for one day, specializing in brain surgery..
Top 3 highlights of your life?
My first day at the school.
The day I moved to Saudi Arabia.
When I held my first son” Taim” and embraced him in my hands.
